Job Scope
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals to discuss pharmaceutical products.
- Provide detailed product information, including clinical data and usage guidelines.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and continuously expand your network.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical detailing, or a related healthcare sales role.
- Fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds and a strong passion for medical sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Willing to travel within Malaysia, including Penang, Johor Bahru, Selangor, and Kuala Lumpur.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an added advantage.
