Overview
Our client is an established Japanese company dealing in industrial automation products based in Shah Alam, Selangor, seeking talented Sales Executive / Sales Engineer their dynamic team.
Job Scope
This position will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth for the company:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer services.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- To promote company's products by providing value-added and total customer satisfaction services.
- Responsible for achieving sales results in accordance with set targets within your designated territory.
- To explore new customers and perform daily customers visit. Follow up closely on all sales inquiries and quotation, and ensure to fulfill total customers satisfaction.
- To assist Credit Control Department for due collection from customers.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Prefer 3-4 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential. Mandarin speaker is a plus point.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
